Together they oversee every account personally, with a long-term dedicated team handling the day-to-day service work. There is no offshore call center, no franchise model, and no rotating contractors.
We serve residential customers across Suffolk County and Eastern Nassau, including Port Jefferson, Stony Brook, Smithtown, Huntington, the Hamptons, Massapequa, Plainview, Syosset, Bethpage, Hicksville, and surrounding areas. Our commercial division covers all of Long Island, including all of Nassau and Suffolk counties, serving property management firms, restaurants, multi-family complexes, healthcare facilities, retail, office buildings, and equestrian stables.
